• 1. Original H.S.C. marksheet with two photocopies.
• 2. One photocopy of S.S.C. marksheet.
• 3. Photocopy of leaving certificate of H.S.C. & S.S.C if not submitted at the time of submission.
• 4. Original sports / extra curricular activities certificate for verification only (state & national level).
• 5. Original ex-servicemen certificate for verification only.
• 6. One colour photo of parents / guardians is to be affixed on the admission form.
• 7. Two colour passport size photo for identity card.
• 8. Photocopy of ration card / telephone bill / electricity bill for residential address proof.
• 9. Photocopy of AADHAAR card
